The Church Electoral Roll is due for revision in preparation for the Annual Church meeting on 20 April. If you are not on the Electoral Roll we would invite you to complete a form ( Application for Enrolment Electoral Roll 2017) and return it to Liz Mears in the Church Office before 27 March, 2017.

What is the Electoral Role?

This is the basic list in every parish of all those entitled to vote on elections within the Church of England. Those entitled to have their names on this roll have to be 16 years of age or more and they must reside in the parish (Parish Boundary map) or be regular worshippers in church (for six months prior). The roll is completely renewed every six years, at which point all members have to re-apply for membership or else their names will be deleted. By this means, the continuing validity of the roll is maintained.
