About Our Church

We are a Charismatic Evangelical Anglican Church, part of the HTB Network (Holy Trinity Brompton).  We are a very sociable, welcoming church, accessible to all and we value a close sense of community.

Our Mission Statement is Know Jesus, Show His Love, Make Him Known

This shapes our focus on developing a personal relationship with Jesus, sharing His love in a very practical way with those around us and inviting others to also develop that relationship.

Our Vision is to play our part in the Evangelisation of the Nation, the Revitalisation of the Church and the Transformation of Society.

Our People

We have a large team of people involved in all sorts of aspects of our church life.
Our Worship

We offer an variety of services to cater for a wide and diverse worshipping community.

Prayer Life

We have a strong belief that prayer is an absolute foundation in everything we do.
Alpha Course

We regularly run the Alpha course for people to explore the Christian faith. We also run bereavement and parenting courses.
Inspiring Ipswich

We are involved in the Inspiring Ipswich project which aims to grow the church in our town, including church planting.
Church Community

We meet together in Connect Groups during the week and also have a variety of social groups which we are encouraged to invite friends to join.
Youth

We have a growing number of young people and employ a full time Youthworker.  We have a Youth Café twice a month.
Children and Families

We run Messy Church and have an Open the Book team which takes Bible stories into local primary schools.

Older People

We run a monthly Lunch Club and a ‘Holiday at Home’ week of events for over 55s, as well as taking Church to a local care home.
Social Action

We are involved in and provide financial support to a variety of organisations both in our local community and worldwide.

Home for Good

We are a Home for Good church, actively promoting fostering and adoption within church communities as well as offering support to families.
