New to church? Want to go deeper in your faith?

Join us for Firm Foundation — eight evenings of teaching and discussion at St Augustine’s.

Firm Foundation

Eight evenings to help you go deeper with your faith and get rooted in Christ.

Starts 24 April, 7.30pm

What’s involved?

We meet together at St Augustine’s Lantern Room at 7.30pm with coffee and snacks served on arrival. We have two focussed sessions of Bible teaching and discussion, with a quick break in the middle. We always finish by 9pm. The course is taught by our Vicar, Al Metcalfe with guest contributors.

What will the teaching cover?

We’ll be exploring the biblical foundations of the Christian faith and worldview, covering creation, good and evil, salvation and new birth, and what it all means for our discipleship to Jesus. It’s especially for people who want to put down deeper roots in Christ, perhaps as a next step after finding faith on Alpha.

What should I bring?

Your Bible, a notebook and pen, and maybe a reusable coffee mug!
